Stop the presses, a brand new Hooch is available in the UK and it looks like the perfect summer drink.

Pink Hooch is the latest offering from the booze manufacturers, bringing with it an alcoholic raspberry lemonade taste alongside the drink’s signature citrus kick.

The drink will have an ABV of 4%, comes in 275ml bottles, 440ml cans and 70cl bottles, and is available from a few different retailers.

Hooch brand controller Christian Sarginson, said: “In the drinks industry the power of pink is plain to see, with pink ready-to-serve drinks growing 357% year on year in the UK off-trade.

“Through the launch of an alcoholic raspberry lemonade with attitude such as Pink Hooch, we are tapping into the consumers lust for pink drinks while injecting into the market a bold, flavour packed and degendered take on the trend.”

You can grab it from a few places, and according to the Hooch website Manchester’s very own Crazy Pedro’s and Junkyard Golf will stock it, as well as Tesco, B&M, Nisa and Greene King establishments.

If you head over to the Hooch website, they’re currently running a competition to give away a year’s supply of the pink stuff – can’t say fairer than that.

If you’re stocking up for Christmas or looking for some inspiration for your secret Santa then you’ll be pleased to hear that one-litre bottles of Baileys are now on sale for £10 at Tesco.

The supermarket giant is offering a little help to its customers by marking the festive favourite down by a huge 56%, so people can gather this Christmas and mark it by sipping on something special.

Customers who want to take advantage of the offer will need to have a Tesco Clubcard (it goes without saying these days).

Baileys

So hurry if Baileys is your seasonal drink or you’d like to gift it to someone near and dear as the offer is for a limited time only, and will come to an end on December 11th.

Tesco’s offer on this classic Christmas tipple will save shoppers £12 as the litre bottle usually costs £22.

If you love this creamy Irish liqueur you may also like Tesco’s own-brand offering which is the Gingerbread Latte Cream Liqueur from its Finest range.

Tesco

This product comes in a shiny copper-coloured bottle and costs £13. The Product description reads: “Aromas of gingerbread & coffee with hints of Irish single malt whiskey enveloped in velvety Ballyrashane double cream. Perfect served over ice or in a liqueur coffee with a whip of cream.”

This Irish Cream Liqueur is made with Ballyrashane Dairy Cream and is vegetarian, for those wondering.

Baileys also does a light Irish cream, which contains less calories and costs £16.50 for a one-litre bottle at Tesco. There’s also a Baileys Espresso Crème for those who love coffee liqueurs and a 50cl/ half litre bottle is priced at £10 for Tesco Clubcard holders.

Tesco

The supermarket chain is offering savings on a number of items in the run up to Christmas, helping its customers stock up on the things they need to make magical festive moments to remember.

Offers include crates of Coca Cola, bags of frozen parsnips, packs of stuffing mix, pigs in blankets and selection boxes – as well as plenty more Christmas staples.

Visit the Tesco website to discover more Christmas savings.

Primark launches new Grinch-inspired Christmas range and shoppers are loving it

It’s not the Grinch but Primark who stole Christmas this year!

Primark

Primark shoppers have been sent into a frenzy after discovering its new Grinch range.

We’ll be having a green Christmas at this rate after the retail giant launched its new collection inspired by the Dr Seuss character.

The Grinch products range from homeware items, to accessories and sleepwear.

Primark

The new range – which is the bargain retailer’s biggest ever – features a wide variety of 69 products including jumpers, T-shirts, slippers, socks, bathroom toiletries. There’s even matching pyjamas for the whole family, including the doggo.

Primark posted a video of its new Grinch collection to its Instagram account celebrating the launch its brand new The Grinch collection.

Fans flocked to the comment section with one person saying: “I want it all!!” A second person said: “This is my heaven,” while another laughed: “I feel my wallet is gonna be empty.”

Another fan typed: “I’m obsessed,” and someone else added: “Literally my dream.”

I guess we all know what we’re getting for Christmas this year and thanks to the bargain retail giant, we can all sit in our Grinch pyjamas and watch the movie How The Grinch Stole Christmas, starring Jim Carey.

Watch out for a key moment in the film, overlooked by younger viewers, where fans noticed a cheeky reference. One viewer said: “When you see it, you can’t unsee it.”

It’s the scene where a baby Grinch is left outside someone’s home in Whoville during Christmas. We see the infant sitting in a basket that’s stuck in a tree as he tries to wave at people through a window.

But everyone inside is too busy to notice him because they’re having a party, as we see lots of keys being slung into a bowl – indicating that this is a swingers party.

It’s a very quick and subtle moment in the scene but we get a glimpse into how the Grinch came to be…well, a Grinch.

After rewatching the scene on TikTok, one commenter laughed:”I thought it was to prevent drunk driving when it first came out.” Another announced: “They were swingers! They had a key party!”

Someone else added: “Honey our baby is here…….he looks like your boss.” We know what we’ll be watching this Christmas then.
