Easter is fast approaching and with it a whole load of delicious chocolate offerings.

We’ve already had the M&S Easter range, which includes a Percy Pig egg, Colin the Caterpillar egg and a brand new chocolate sloth called Seth.

Now we’ve got an incredible offering from Cadbury, which is now available in the UK.

GB Gifts

Cadbury Crunchie mini eggs are an Australian product that you can now order online – unfortunately you won’t be able to buy them in supermarkets.

They are ‘delicious milk chocolate Easter eggs with golden honeycomb Crunchie pieces’, and sound absolutely amazing.

You can buy them from GB Gifts, and they’ll set you back £5.99 for a 125g bag – sadly they’re currently out of stock, but are due to be restocked tomorrow, on March 12th.

Keep your eyes peeled on the GB Gifts website to grab yourself a pack when they’re back in, or alternatively you can sign up for email alerts.

Cadbury is launching three new Dairy Milk bar flavours next week

Which one has your vote?

Cadbury is set to release three new Dairy Milk chocolate flavours and they’ll be on shelves from next week!

It’s amazing news for chocolate lovers, particularly fans of Dairy Milk, as there are three new Cadbury Dairy Milk flavours launching next week.

The bars have been designed by members of the public as part of the Cadbury’s Inventor competition.

This means the vote to make them permanent is also in the hands of the fans, just like with the now-permanent Choa-Latte Dairy Milk.

So what are the flavours?

Cadbury

First up, we’ve got this gorgeous creation from Shannon, a 19-year-old student from Nottingham.

She explained: “The mix of golden honeycomb pieces and caramel-flavoured fudge add that extra sweet flavour to the bar.”

Shannon said that by adding the extra crunch of hazelnuts, she knew a ‘winning bar was formed’.

Cadbury

Next up is ‘Coconutty’. This one is from a 36-year-old mum, Gillian, who was inspired by her kid’s love of fresh coconut with white chocolate.

She said: “After realising there aren’t that many white chocolate options in chocolate bars, the combination of coconut and white chocolate was formed to appeal to fresh coconut lovers who are dreaming of a tropical paradise this summer!”

Cadbury

And finally, we’ve got Taylor’s creation of ‘Out of the Blueberry’. Taylor said: “The blend of sweet white chocolate and mouth-watering blueberries complement the milk chocolate to make a yummy snack for all to enjoy.”

The bars will be hitting Tesco’s shelves from July 8th, and will be just £1 initially as a special launch price. They’ll be rolled out to other supermarket shelves from July 22nd with an RRP of £1.49

The winning bar will become a permanent addition to the iconic Cadbury Dairy Milk range.

You can vote through the Cadbury Inventor website or on Cadbury’s UK Twitter and Facebook pages until September 6th.

Cadbury’s Beatrice Berutti said: “The Cadbury Inventor 2020 competition is back for its second year and we couldn’t be more excited to share these new delicious Cadbury Dairy Milk flavours with the nation!”

She added: “We’ve loved working with Gillian, Shannon and Taylor to make their bars a reality and opening our doors to bring them into Cadbury. We can’t wait to see which bar wins and really want everyone to go out and vote for their favourite!”

You can now get huge 4.5 litre tubs of Ben & Jerry’s for just £3.50

Take my money!!

B&M is selling huge 4.5-litre tubs of Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough ice cream for just £3.50.

This is a huge saving on one of the most popular Ben & Jerry’s flavours, as a normal 465ml pot of Cookie Dough will set you back around £4.50.

You’ll be getting around 10 times as much ice cream and saving £1! What a bargain.

These huge tubs are usually stocked in businesses like restaurants and cinemas, but the closure of these throughout lockdown has left piles of the huge tubs.

Cookie Dough is a hugely popular flavour of Ben & jerry’s but eagle-eyed shoppers have also spotted Baked Alaska.

Baked Alaska is vanilla ice cream mixed with a marshmallow swirl with chunks of white chocolate polar bear shapes, perfect for a summer in the garden!

Some shoppers have spotted the deal in Heron Foods as well, for the same £3.50 price.

Both B&M and Heron Foods are physical stores only, meaning you can’t get this huge saving online. Some B&M stores don’t have a freezer section either, so double-check to avoid disappointment!

It’s worth noting that just two scoops of Cookie Dough has 136 calories in it, and although it’s pretty unlikely you’ll be eating this huge tub in one sitting, it’s packed full of a whopping 6,120 calories.

A Facebook user shared her bargain in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group and the post received over 1,000 comments from people who were after the ice cream!

This ice cream pot isn’t the first industrial size food entering our shopping stores.

Shortly after the flour drought of lockdown, Sainsbury’s managed to get hold of huge 16kg bags of flour on their shelves so we can all bake banana bread for the rest of our lives.
