Toblerone has released a Pink Limited Edition chocolate bar just in time for Valentine’s Day.
The Swiss chocolatier has urged romantic couples to ‘celebrate’ their love that feels as special as their new limited edition rose coloured bar. Perfect for sharing with the one you love, the new chocolate treat combines the indulgent flavours of raspberries and strawberries surrounded by white chocolate.
You can even personalise your bar by having your partner’s name and a sweet message to them printed on it, just to show you really care. This personalised chocolatey gift does cost a bit more than your average bar at £17 and is available on Toblerone’s official website.
The company is ‘encouraging’ people to take the plunge and ’embrace relationships’. If you don’t have a Valentine to gift the bar to, Toblerone says it will help ‘make sure your life is sweet anyway’, or you could always treat yourself to one, call it an act of self-love.
you don’t need to hold back on love. We got you covered. When you gift your date a Toblerone, #TheLoveInsurance makes sure you get it back if things don’t lead anywhere. pic.twitter.com/CRB0NAlAjd
The flavour joins Toblerone’s classic flavours : Milk, Dark, Crunchy Almond, White and Fruit and Nut, and whilst it’s only around for Valentine’s Day, it looks set to be hugely popular.
You might remember that Toblerone has featured various limited edition bars before. Just last summer they dropped a gold Toblerone bar made with blond chocolate (which is basically caramelised white choc).
We’ve also been graced with the likes of a giant 4.5kg Toblerone. A jumbo version of the distinct chocolate triangular prisms, with honey and almond nougat, was available at Costco stores up and down the UK at Christmas time, costing a whopping £49.99.
Maybe this pink limited edition Toblerone is worth forking out almost 20 quid on, if not for someone else then why not for yourself? Get yours via the Toblerone website.
