An Italian wholesaler is delivering food and booze including a huge tiramisu that’ll feed 11

This Italian food wholesaler is selling its goods to the general public and there are some delicious bargains to be had!

With restaurants that G&O usually supplies to shut, the wholesaler is giving the public the chance to get their paws on HUGE portions of tiramisu, pizza dough balls, fish, meat, salami, and other desserts.

There’s even a huge tiramisu that is big enough to feed 11 people for just £21 available and a portion of 24 (yes 24!) profiteroles for just £11.95. 

There’s also a 2kg block of Grana Padano cheese fo £40, and 12 pizza dough balls for £1 each.

G&O has opened up its delivery service to the public, meaning we can get our hands on restaurant-quality ingredients in huuuuuge quantities, delivered right to our door.

They’ve got 27 different types of pasta in stock, and 18 different kinds of cheeses.

The products are all great for the ultimate Italian feast in the comfort of your own home with high quality ingredients.

So stock up on 4 litres of ice cream, 1kg of Italian sausage meat, 16kg of plain flour and a box of 24 beers for good measure.

Manchester’s first ever deep-dish Chicago-style pizza restaurant is opening soon

Fans of deep pan pizza rejoice – there’s set to be a whole new restaurant dedicated to the cheesy good stuff!

Created by the team behind the much-loved Brewksi, American Pies MCR is currently in the works and it looks incredible already.

Brewski announced the news over on Instagram, saying: “Big News! We just can’t keep it a secret anymore, we have been working on a brand new deep dish pizza restaurant American Pies ( a pizza joint by Brewski ).

“Launching early 2021. Expect deep-fried calzones, cheesy garlic knots, Chicago deep-dish pies, grandma pies, dessert pies & more.”

It will add itself to the already huge pizza scene in Manchester, which is even home to the tenth best pizza in the entire world – Rudy’s.

The Chicago-style pizza is something a little different to the already well-populated Neapolitan-style pizza scene. 

So far, they’ve teased some exciting toppings such as fennel, sausage, basil, pepperoni and parmesan. Guests can expect hearty dishes like meatballs as well as deep-fried calzone.

The pizza joint is set to open February 1st next year, who’s excited?

Everyone’s making these 5-step Terry’s White Chocolate Orange Blondies and they look so good

YouTuber shares recipe to Terry’s White Chocolate Orange Cookies and Blondies and they both look incredible. 

The recipe looks incredibly easy, taking as little as half an hour to bake. The cookies look seriously gooey and delicious while the blondies look like they will melt in your mouth.

Fitwafflekitchen shared the nine ingredient cookie recipe on Instagram in a short 30-seconds long video with step by step instructions. 

Alternatively, the Blondie recipe uses just seven ingredients and will take just 20 minutes to bake.

Terry’s White Chocolate Orange Cookie Ingredients:

115g unsalted butter, cold
150g light brown sugar
55g granulated sugar
280g plain flour
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
100g Terry’s Chocolate Orange (any flavour will work)

Method:

  1. Cream together butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar
  2. Mix in one egg and vanilla 
  3. add plain flour, salt and baking powder and mix until just combined
  4. Then added chopped Terry’s chocolate pieces and refrigerate the mixture for 1-hour minimum
  5. Split the dough into six equal-sized balls and freeze for a further 10 minutes before baking. 
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 180C (fan)

If you prefer Blondies over Cookies follow the recipe below!

Terry’s White Chocolate Orange Blondie Ingredients:

170g Unsalted butter, softened
165g Light brown sugar
100g Granulated sugar
1 Large egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp Vanilla extract
215g Plain flour
24 White chocolate orange segments
(Optional chocolate orange minis for topping)

Method: 

  1. Whisk together butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar into a mixing bowl.
  2.  Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract and whisk.
  3. Add in the plain flour.
  4. Spread half of the mixture out into a lined 8×8″ baking tray. Then add a layer of white chocolate orange segments.
  5. Top with the rest of the mix and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes, before adding an extra layer of segments while it’s still warm.

You can get some free McDonald’s nuggets next week

You can get your hands on some free McDonald’s nuggets next week, thanks to a special Black Friday deal.

Maccies fans can grab the free McNuggets when they order through Just Eat.

You will, however, also need to order a Big Mac or Big Mac meal to claim the free portion of six nugs – which normally retail for £3.29.

McDonald’s

A single Big Mac will set you back £3.29, while a meal with a drink and side will cost £4.49, although prices do vary in different locations.

In even better news, you can get the free nuggets when you order the brand new double Big Mac from the Christmas menu, which will cost you £4.19 for the burger or £5.69 for a meal.

The deal will run from next Monday, November 23rd, until the Friday, November 27th, and is available at all Maccies that use Just Eat – the fast food chain has 849 restaurants that are on the delivery service.

McDonald’s

All you have to do is add the Big Mac product of your choice to the basket and a pop-up will appear on the app asking you to claim the McNuggets – you can only claim one box of nugs per order.

Andrew Kenny, UK managing director of Just Eat said: “While our customers are hunting out the best Black Friday deals online, Just Eat is delighted to be able to deliver some extra joy to their homes.”

Whenever I order a Big Mac I always get some nugs on the side anyway, so I for one can’t wait for next week…
