You can get a brownie tray that only bakes corner pieces

Oh my god…

Baker's Edge / Amazon

The only thing better than a brownie is the corner piece of a brownie, so this fancy new baking gadget on Amazon is music to my ears.

The Baker’s Edge Nonstick Edge Brownie Pan is like a little maze for your brownies, using its zigzagging shape to deliver perfect brownie corners every time.

It adds two chewy edges to every brownie it bakes, via its continuous chamber – which also means batter can be easily spread.

Baker’s Edge / Amazon

The only downside is it’ll set you back a whopping $36.95 (£28.37) plus shipping fees, as the company is based in America.

According to the product description: “Those funky interior walls also improve your baking performance by circulating heat evenly to the pan’s middle – where stuff generally takes a little longer to bake.

“To top it off we made it super heavy duty and non-stick – so it will never warp and be a lot easier to clean. We even added recessed handles to give you an easy grab when the pan is turned upside down.”

Baker’s Edge / Amazon

And it’s getting rave reviews online, with 86% of the 1,092 reviews on Amazon giving the tray a perfect 5 stars.

One happy customer said: “These are hands-down the most delicious brownies I have ever made. I thought about buying this pan a few years ago, and just didn’t, but I should have – it worked perfectly.”

Another added: “I love this pan, the best way to cut the brownies is to wait till they are cooled down all the way. Then take the plastic spatula that it comes with and loosen all the sides, than flip the pan over on a counter or cookie sheet and take them out of the pan and then cut them. I had no problem getting them out of the pan and the pan washed very nicely.”

If you want to get yourself one of these bad boys, head over to Amazon now – the downside is you’ve got to get it delivered from America (and it costs $36.95).
