People have been going wild for a new hot water bottle ‘pouch’ that clips around the waist and provides that much-needed cramping relief.
Now, it’s no secret that hot water bottles are a literal God send throughout the winter months for everyone but, for women in particular, they can be a necessity during that time of the month.
So it’s hardly a surprise that the arrival of a revolutionary clip-on hot water bottle pouch has sent the internet into a total frenzy.
TikTok user Alex, who posts under the username @smallex4ft11, was the one to alert the internet to the nifty little product, with her demonstrating how to wear it and, basically, selling the hell out of it.
As she modelled the pouch, which featured a cute grey koala design, she said: “On this latest episode of things Alex bought from Amazon that she didn’t really need but she definitely did need – a hot water bottle pouch… Look how cute this is, £14 for the mini hot water bottle, the pouch, which you can strap anywhere.”
She also pointed out that the pouch also work wonders for those experiencing lower back pain as it can be swung around and worn backwards.
Alex continued: “I’ve got cramps so I strapped to here, my hands are free [I] can eat my pasta. And it came with two hot water bottle cases as well, in case I don’t feel like having a cute little pouch and I wanna hold it. I can do that. Life is great.”
Of course, the hot water bottle-pouch hybrid went down a treat with Alex’s viewers, with one person commenting: “You’re telling me that I’ve been shoving them in my PJ trousers forever and these exist…”.
Another exclaimed: “Oh my god this is going to help with my chronic pain so so much.”
Amazon’s description of the product highlights how it will also provide relief for those suffering from health conditions such as arthritis, pulled or strained muscles and headaches, as well as both hot and cold therapy.

Reese’s Peanut Butter cheesecakes are coming to Iceland
The cheesecake of our dreams
Public service announcement: Iceland will soon be selling Reese’s Peanut Butter cheesecakes in the not-so-distant future.
Don’t say we don’t treat you.
But now, we may potentially have the king of all cheesecakes on our hands in the form of Iceland’s soon-to-be Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake.
An image of the sensational dessert was shared onto Instagram by John’s Snack Reviews, who wrote: “NEW Frozen Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake! Coming soon to Iceland and Food Warehouse!”
Instagram page UK Snack Attack was the one to originally break the news of the cheesecake, explaining that it is a result of a new partnership between Iceland and manufacturer The Hershey Company Brand.
Sadly, the cheesecakes aren’t currently available to buy in Iceland or on its website, and we are yet to receive a release date – though they are expected to arrive in stores very soon.
In the meantime, B&M Lifestyle has offered a recipe for you to make your very own Reese’s cheesecake at home, and it’s surprisingly straight forward.
For the base, all you need to do is crush 200g of chocolate chip cookies and mix with melted butter before squashing into the base of a baking tin.
And then for the main body of the cheesecake, you’ll need to whisk together 450ml double cream and 100g caster sugar before adding cream cheese, condensed milk, and peanut butter.
Refrigerate overnight and add chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups before drizzling with melted chocolate and peanut butter.
Manchester bar is selling a real life beer pong Christmas jumper so you can play it on the move
Beer pong on the move!
If you love a good game of beer pong, this could be the Christmas jumper for you.
To celebrate its first Christmas, Manchester’s newly-opened bowling, pool and karaoke bar Lane7 has launched a limited edition festive jumper complete with miniature red beer pong cups.
Unlike the original table version of the game, those who wear the jumper – which features a quirky ‘let’s get basted’ design – will be able to stand two metres apart and attempt to land the ball in their opponent’s cups, which are removable from the jumpers in the event of a landed ball.
However, the unique garment won’t be available in your typical run-of-the-mill shop; if die-hard fans wish to get their hands on the jumper, they must visit their local Lane7 venue tomorrow, December 10th, and ask staff to play ‘DecemBeer Pong’ in order to get their hands on one of their own.
Though you’ll need to be quick; jumpers are only being given out to the first five requests of the day. Early morning game of beer pong, anyone?
Jack Jolly, Head of Creative for Lane7, said on the inspiration behind the jumpers: “We know our guests love getting competitive, so we’ve added a new angle on the much-loved tradition of Christmas Jumpers.
“Lane7 loves putting fresh twists on classic games; be it bowling, beer pong, darts, or karaoke.
“After a strange December last year, this year gives us the perfect chance to start a new tradition.”
Lane7 is open now at the Great Northern 3pm-late Monday-Thursday and 11am-late Friday-Sunday. Head over to the Lane7 website for more information.
Aldi is selling a footlong pigs in blankets butty as part of its Christmas range
That’s Christmas dinner sorted…
As Christmas day looms and the majority of the nation frantically gets their turkeys ordered and Brussels sprouts prepped, Aldi has quietly released what could be the ruler of all Christmas dinners far and wide.
Introducing: The footlong pigs in blankets sandwich.
The mammoth butty comes as an addition to the budget supermarket’s already impressive selection of festive goodies – the new hot chocolate mug melts are a must-try, by the way.
But back to the butty; the festive treat is described as a ‘meaty, footlong British pig in blanket‘, and comes slathered in layers of fried onion mayonnaise and sweet cranberry chutney, all of which is sandwiched between a soft footlong brioche roll with a healthy portion of butter basted British turkey.
It doesn’t get much more Christmassy than that, does it?
Shoppers won’t have to wait too long to get their hands on this festive treat either, as it will be made available in all stores nationwide this Friday, December 10th, for just £3.49.
And this isn’t the only good news coming from Aldi this Christmas; the supermarket has teamed up with Man United star Marcus Rashford for its 2021 Christmas advert campaign as part of its pledge to donated 1.8 million meals to families over the festive period.
Rashford shared the new advert – wherein he appears as Marcus ‘Radishford’ onto Twitter, writing: “Well done @AldiUK. This is much bigger than a Christmas ad… Might not be Oscar-worthy but glad I could play my part.”
The footballer added in a statement: “As a family, we relied on the local food bank to get our Christmas dinner. To this day, I remember queuing outside that building with mum, mum feeling embarrassed that she might be recognised.
“It is with that in mind that I’m delighted to lend my support to the Aldi campaign.
“For many children in situations like mine growing up, there is very little expectation around this time of year; add the impact of the pandemic and the very least they deserve is a Christmas dinner.”
