Iceland launches new Lotus Biscoff ice cream cake that looks like a Viennetta

Iceland has launched a Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Cake and it looks incredible.

With the sun making an appearance this week, it’s only right we start thinking about summer desserts and this Biscoff ice cream combo has got us really excited.

Available exclusively in Iceland stores from March 24th, this is the perfect dessert for Lotus Biscoff fans. 

Featuring a triple whammy of Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream swirls, Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Spread and crispy chocolate layers. The whole thing is then topped with crunchy Lotus Biscoff biscuit pieces to up the Biscoff ante. 

The exclusive hybrid Biscoff treat serves six – if you can manage to share it – and will set you back just £3. 

Perfect for sharing with friends and family after a barbeque in what we hope will be the best summer ever. 

It comes after Iceland launched a limited edition Caramel Biscuit Cheesecake inspired by Biscoff that fans went wild for!
