There’s a new restaurant in town, and it’s serving all things mac and cheese.
Gourmet kitchen Mac & Co specialises in – you guessed it – macaroni and cheese, with its menu boasting a number of tasty and unique varieties of the popular pasta dish.
And while there are already multiple Mac & Co restaurants across London – including locations such as Fulham, Wimbledon, Tower Bridge, Chelsea, and Islington – the macaroni cheese connoisseurs have now made their first big venture up north.
Manchester’s Arndale shopping centre has welcomed the latest Mac & Co restaurant which, much like its existing restaurants in the south, boasts some seriously tempting dishes.

Let’s start with the basics; all of Mac & Co’s mac and cheese dishes share the same house béchamel sauce, which is made using a top-secret three-cheese recipe.
There are nine types of mac and cheese to choose from, including the Buffalo Blue Cheese Mac, which comes with chunks of creamy stilton and lashings of buffalo hot sauce.
There is also the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac with smoky sauce, the Crispy Chilli Chicken Mac and the Chicken and Chorizo Mac.
There are also a number of vegetarian options, including the Buffalo Mozzarella & Green Pesto Mac with fresh parsley and the Roasted Mushroom & Truffle.

Alongside the mac and cheese dishes, guests can also order sides such as fries, side salads and chicken tenders, alongside a range of soft drinks to wash down all those carbs.
And for those wanting to save on the pennies, these can all be ordered as part of a meal deal for as little as £13.75.
Mac & Co is open NOW in the Arndale, with the options to dine in or takeaway. Mac & Co is also operating as a takeaway and collection service on Deliveroo.
