What’s better than bottomless brunch? Bottomless brunch with sangria.
Yep, while Manchester already has a pretty impressive bottomless brunch scene, it is about to get a much needed Brazilian twist courtesy of KBOM Bar & Kitchen.
The Portuguese eatery, which can be found nestled within Hatch down Oxford Road, is set to launch its new ‘Domingo sem Fundo’ this weekend which, loosely translated, means ‘Bottomless Sundays.’
The feature will allow guests to choose a starter, main and bottomless drinks – both alcoholic and soft – for ninety blissful minutes at just £26.95 per person.
The menu boasts a tantalizing mix of Portuguese and Brazilian dishes, such as Rissois de Quejio; deep-fried cheese croquettes, or the Pao de Quejio; cheesy dough balls, a staple street food snack in Brazil.
Also on the menu, Bitoque; a Portuguese take on the classic steak and eggs, and Frango Grelhado; half a grilled Piri Piri spiced chicken that puts Nandos’ efforts to shame.
Seafood lovers won’t feel out of place, either – their brunch menu offers the Burger da Onda; a spectacular steak and king prawn burger and the Espetada de Gambas; grilled king prawn skewers brushed with in-house made chilli and garlic seasoning.
And as for the bottomless part of this bottomless brunch deal?
Well, as already mentioned, there’s sangria, and lots of it. The chilled Spanish favourite is actually available on tap at KBOM, which makes it the perfect choice for those near-constant refills.
And for those who aren’t in the mood for sangria, a selection of red, white and rose wines are available for the bottomless options, as are lagers Sagres and Super Bock.
Caipirinhas – Brazil’s national cocktail made up of cachaça, sugar, and lime and arguably the most delicious drink to exist – are also available for unlimited refills.
The bottomless deal will be available every Sunday, starting this weekend on May 23rd. If you’re interested in making a booking, you can do so here.

Greater Manchester chippies are giving away FREE fish and chips this August
Fancy a free chippy tea?
Hundreds of chippy teas across Greater Manchester will be reimbursed throughout August as part of a scheme to help small businesses with the cost of living crisis.
Sarson’s Vinegar has officially launched its #SarsonsFryday campaign, which will see hundreds of dinners be reimbursed for the remaining summer weeks.
The scheme was launched to extend a helping hands to struggling chippies across both Greater Manchester and the rest of the country amid the ongoing cost of living crisis.
To claim their free dinner, all customers will need to do is take a photo of their order and share it onto Twitter or Instagram with the tag @SarsonsUK and hashtag #SarsonsFryday.
To be valid, all entries must ensure they are following the Sarson’s official social media channels to be considered, and must have proof of purchase via a receipt for their meal.
Eastenders actor and chippy tea enthusiast Adam Woodyatt teamed up with the company to make the scheme a reality. He said: “#SarsonsFryday is a fantastic way to reward the loyal customers who keep our fish and chip shops open for business.
“It’s fair to say I know a thing or two about running a fish bar, and I encourage everyone to head to their nearest chippy and get their order in pronto, you never know it might be free!”
Bryan Carroll, Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Sarson’s, added: “The rising cost of living means we’re naturally all looking for ways to cut down our expenses, and sadly, one of the first thing that consumers cut back on is meals out and takeaways, leaving many of our favourite chippies at risk.
“As we enjoy the warmer weather, we wanted to help the nation support their local so we’re making everyone’s favourite day of the week even better with #SarsonsFryday.
“Whether it’s a staycation with friends, seaside visit with the whole family or a quiet Friday night in, we want to make sure Brits can get their fish and chip fix – so this summer, it’s on us!”
