UK’s first drive-thru horror maze is coming this Halloween and it looks terrifying

A company has launched the UK’s first ever drive-thru scare maze, that promises to be Covid-safe but still terrifying. 

Opening up in Wrexham, just an hour drive from Manchester, participants will be treated to a massive live-action experience – driving through some of the best scenes from horror movies and TV shows. 

Put on by Cyclone Events Management this is the perfect experience for horror junkies who are ready for something a bit different this Halloween, as if this year hasn’t been spooky enough. 

Once you’ve driven into the maze, the only way out is to go through it – no matter how scary things get. 

The organisers have also ensured plenty of Covid safety measures are put in place, including making the entire maze completely contactless.

All participants must wear a mask and no one is allowed out of the vehicle during the 20 minute ride. 

The attraction is 16+ only and will feature some ‘extremely gruesome’ scenes from TV shows and movies from over the years.

Most of the live action sections are left secret to ensure the biggest scares, but some that are shown in pictures include plenty of zombies.

It’s been described as definitely ‘not for the faint-hearted’, and that ‘anything could happen’ on the mile-long path.
