Gulliver's Theme Park Resorts

A brand new Gulliver’s resort is opening this year, complete with a dinosaur zone and unicorn rooms.

The £37m family resort will be based on a site in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and is set to feature more than 50 rides and attractions across multiple themed areas, the Liverpool Echo reports.

This will include an indoor play area, indoor climbing centre and a Lost World area, featuring loads of dinosaur-themed attractions.

Gulliver’s Valley Theme Park Resort will open in late spring 2020, and is aimed at families with kids aged two to 13 – there’ll even be forest classrooms in the education and ecology centres.

Julie Dalton, managing director of Gulliver’s, said: “Phase one of the five-phase development, also including a Toy Land and Smugglers Wharf, is now well underway and due to open to the public in spring 2020.”

She added: “Gulliver’s Valley Theme Park Resort will be a great place for families with young children to visit for the day or for a short break. We are really looking forward to opening the gates to our fourth theme park this spring.”

There’ll be unicorn and princess suites to stay in, alongside Lost World lodges and Western Cabins.
