We’ve got a big date for you to get in your diary, as Liam Gallagher is set to play an epic homecoming gig at Heaton Park next year.

Yesterday the former Oasis star teased the upcoming Manchester show on his Instagram, with people left scratching their heads trying to figure out where it was going to be.

Now Liam has confirmed it’ll take place at Heaton Park the day before Parklife, on Friday June 12th 2020.

The show will mark ten years since Oasis’ last hometown gig, which coincidentally was also at Heaton Park, back in June 2009, just before they sadly split – leaving Mancunians everywhere devastated.

According to Liam’s Twitter post, he’ll be playing songs from his two solo albums as well as some ‘stone cold Oasis classics’, so it’s set to be a good’un.

Tickets will set you back £59.50 – you’ll be able to get your hands on them on Friday November 29th at 9am, with a special pre-sale happening on Thursday November 28th at 9am.
