Multi-instrumentalist St. Vincent will be hosting a huge gig in Manchester this weekend as part of her European tour.

St. Vincent – real name Annie Erin – is back on the road in the wake of the release of her sixth album ‘Daddy’s Home’, which has been hailed as ‘seamless’, ‘captivating’ and a nod to ‘true 70s rock ‘n’ roll’ by critics.

The critically acclaimed multi-instrumentalist is always innovating and experimenting with her transcendent sounds, with her being compared to the likes of Kate Bush and PJ Harvey in the past.

She has also won a number of accolades throughout her musical career, including three Grammys, which she won for Best Alternative Music Album in 2015 and 2019, and Best Rock Song in 2019.

The ‘Daddy’s Home’ tour comes alongside a run of European festival dates including an appearance at Glastonbury.

There, St. Vincent will play her biggest UK headline show to date at London’s Eventim Apollo on June 29th.

But before that, she will be warming up in Manchester this weekend thanks to a newly-added date to her tour.

St. Vincent will perform at the Manchester Academy at 7pm on Saturday, June 25th. Also added to her tour are gigs in Oxford and Bexhill-on-Sea.

The Tulsa-born artist will also be stopping off at Dublin, Edinburgh, Madrid and Paris.
