Christmas karaoke huts with festive cocktails are coming to the Great Northern this year

Alpine-themed Bar Hütte has announced the return of its famed karaoke huts, and they’re going to be bigger and better than ever before.

Last year, Bar Hütte’s iconic huts were forced to close their doors along with all the other festivities across the city as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

But now, just days after the exciting Manchester Christmas Markets announcement, Bar Hütte has revealed that it will be launching it’s brand new city centre village at Manchester’s Great Northern, where it will transform the current Great Northern Beach Club site into a ‘magical wonderland inspired by a ski resort in the Alps’.

Visitors will be able to enjoy the familiar festive huts, all of which will be decked out in their usual cosy furnishings, fairy lights, live music sessions, endless drinks and, of course, the all-important karaoke machines.

Bar Hütte has also become well known for its iconic ‘Shot-Ski’s’, which features four shots of limoncello served up on an actual ski, so you and your pals can tip back together before butchering another rendition of Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas is You.

And the huts aren’t just there for small groups; Bar Hütte will also boast a VIP area that can cater for up to twenty people, with a welcome glass of prosecco, a Bombardino for all guests on arrival, and a two-hour karaoke session all for £150 – perfect for those highly anticipated Christmas dos.

Bar Hütte will be landing at Great Northern from Thursday November 4th 2021 through until Sunday January 9th 2022, giving you plenty of room to get your festive karaoke fix.

Though it is worth mentioning that your chances of spending a night at Bar Hütte are significantly higher if you reserve a hut in advance – though walk-ins are still welcome.
