British singer-songwriter Charli XCX is coming to Co-op Live in Manchester this winter, as part of her ‘biggest ever’ UK tour.

The ‘Speed Drive’, ‘Beg for You’ and ‘Hot In It’ hitmaker will take to the stage this November 27th at the brand-new Co-op Live arena to perform her Brat 2024 tour to celebrate the release of her new 15-song album of the same name.

Charli XCX, whose real name is Charlotte Emma Aitchison, will perform a mixture of her best loved tracks as well as new releases and fans can expect an exciting evening of great music and entertainment.

Supporting the star on all four UK tour dates – in Manchester, London, Birmingham and Glasgow in November and December – will be special guest Shygirl.

Co-op Live

Earlier today, Charli unveiled ‘Club classics’ and ‘B2b’ – two new singles from ‘BRAT’, which will be released on Friday, June 7th. ‘BRAT’ is the eagerly awaited follow up to 2022’s ‘CRASH’, which reached number 1 on the UK’s official album chart.

Her new album promises to be an exhilarating club record built around high art references and social commentary.

Born in Cambridge and raised in Start Hill, Essex, the avant-pop and electronic superstar began posting songs on Myspace in 2008, which led to her discovery by a promoter who invited her to perform at warehouse raves.

In 2010, she signed a recording contract with Asylum Records, releasing a series of singles and mixtapes throughout 2011 and 2012. Over the course of her career, Charli has earned critical acclaim for her innovative style and entrepreneurial spirit and seen her forward-thinking approach reshape pop culture in the process.

Co-op Live

Her lasting impact was cemented last year when Charli was honoured with the Visionary Award at the annual Ivor Novellos in London, while she also received the Powerhouse Award at Billboard’s Women in Music ceremony in Los Angeles in March.

Co-op members can gain exclusive first-in-line access to pre-sale tickets as well as a host of other benefits.

Pre-sale tickets go live at 9am on Wednesday, April 10th.  To become a Co-op member and gain access to pre-sale tickets, click HERE. General sale tickets will go live at 9am on Friday, April 12th.

Charli XCX will perform at Co-op live on Wednesday, November 27th, 2024.

Ornella’s Little Kitchen will be the Italian spot’s second location, and will be music to the ears of fans, as the original venue is often booked up for months in advance.

Other new additions include authentic ‘shaokao’ Chinese barbecue from MOREJOY, delicious bakes from Gooey, and Hello Dezato, a new offering from Hello Oriental dishing up soft serve ice creams and desserts.

They’ll be joining established Freight Island vendors like Patterson’s, Mia’s Arepas, Burgerism and Voodoo Ray’s pizza.
