Families will soon be able to immerse themselves within the magical world of Harry Potter thanks to a new theatre show coming to Manchester.

The Witches and Wizards School of Excellence will allow children to be a part of the show and transport them onto the journey of a lifetime.

First, they will be led through their own house-sorting process before embarking upon their first wizardry classes, which include magic masterclasses and potion-making.

They will then be tasked with a number of problem-solving challenges before being lead on a quest to help save the School of Magic.

Holly Wignall, the director at Events Live, which organised the show, said, “Families that have joined us at any of our previous events will know how important it is for us to keep the magic alive.

“The children really do become part of the show. They are truly amazing to be involved with and we can’t wait to meet even more of you this October.”

The Witches and Wizards School of Excellence is delivered by professional actors with experience working in television and theatre – many of these even have experience working as teachers, meaning they have the perfect skillset to engage children from beginning to end.

The unique theatre experience will be taking over Escape to Freight Island this Sunday (October 23rd) at 10am.

Tickets are £12 per child, with that price also including entry for one accompanying adult. Extra adult tickets are £5. Group bookings are also available.
