As season four of Stranger Things comes to an end, people are jumping on the nostalgia bandwagon big time. The final two episodes of the season dropped onto the streaming platform recently and it’s safe to say that people have been going a bit mad with it. The series saw Kate Bush reach number 1 in the charts with Running Up That Hill, and fans are hooked for season five.

One of the most impressive feats of the show is its fantastic soundtrack and score, something which has continued throughout the seasons. This culminated in not just Kate Bush getting some recognition but also Metallica’s ‘Master of Puppets’ being played spectacularly in the Upside Down by Eddie Munson. Escape to Freight Island has taken this love of the show and its music to host the ‘SKATEFIRE CLUB‘ at its brand-new roller skating rink.

It’s a Stranger Things-themed disco featuring the show’s iconic ‘80s soundtrack playing while you whizz around on your skates.
There’s also an additional benefit of a fully stocked bar, and all of Freight Island’s excellent food vendors to tackle while you’re in your skates. The Skatefire Club Stranger Things Special will take place this Friday, July 15th, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th. You can get yourself booked in here.
