You can’t beat a bottomless brunch, with nonstop booze and good food – it’s what Sundays are made for. But what could make a bottomless brunch even better? Well, how about ENDLESS SANGRIA ON TAP alongside some top notch Brazilian food? Yep, that’ll do it.
And Manchester’s very own KBOM Bar & Kitchen is doing just that, launching their ‘Domingo sem Fundo‘ – which roughly translates as ‘Bottomless Sundays’ – this weekend.

You can choose a starter and a main alongside bottomless drinks for 90 minutes for just £22.95 per person, with a wide range of Brazilian and Portuguese dishes to pick from. Starters include Rissois de Quejio – deep-fried cheese croquettes – or Pao de Quejio, cheesy dough balls which are the most popular street food snack over in Brazil. You can also grab Asas Grelhadas, which is Portuguese style grilled chicken wings, marinated and cooked in either lemon and herb or KBOM’s very own Piri Piri seasoning.

When it comes to mains, there’s loads of authentic Brazilian and Portuguese dishes, like Bitoque – a Portuguese take on steak and eggs – and Frango Grelhado, which is half a grilled Piri Piri spiced chicken with fries. There’s also the Burger da Onda – a steak and king prawn burger – alongside Espetada de Gambas, grilled king prawn skewers brushed with in-house made chilli and garlic seasoning. If you want to go all out there’s the Picanha à Brasileira, Brazilian-style grilled sirloin steak served with black beans, rice and farofa seasoning.

When it comes to drinks you’re really spoiled for choice, with bottomless Sangria straight from the tap, Caipirinhas (a top quality Brazilian cocktail), red, white or rose wine, Super Bock or Sagres lager, or if you’re off the booze there’s soft drinks as well. KBOM’s bottomless Sunday brunches start this Sunday, September 20th, with three slots at 12:15-13:45, 14:00-15:30 and 15:45-17:15 – you can book in here.
