A Big Birthday Bash celebrating all the lost birthdays from lockdown is coming to Manchester
Birthdays don’t get much better than this
Get your balloons and dancing shoes at the ready: A huge birthday party-themed event is coming to Manchester this summer.
Blowing out the candles on the cake, getting together with your friends and having a proper good party – the pandemic has prevented us from doing all the things we love most when we become another year older.
So to make up for that, the party-deprived people of Manchester each have an invitation to come and celebrate their lost birthdays.

Whether you missed your birthday celebrations in last year’s lockdown or you simply fancy going all out for the hell of it, the Big Birthday Bash is guaranteed to be an evening to remember (or forget, if you’re that way inclined.)
Hosted by RuPaul’s Drag Race star, Davina De Campo and special guest, the Queen of clean Kim Woodburn, the event will see Manchester’s Bowlers Exhibition Centre transform into the ‘biggest birthday party ever’ with banquet tables lined with birthday cake, balloons and confetti.
The Big Birthday Bash will also host a series of adult party games, such as the largest ever game of pass the parcel, where ticket holders will be invited to take part to win spot prizes.

As the event continues into the night, DJ sets from radio presenter James Hall and Manchester based Mix-Stress will provide the soundtrack to The Lost Birthday celebrations.
The event is scheduled for Friday July 30th, with proceedings kicking off at 7:30pm until late. Tickets are on sale now through the website along with further details, all of which can be found here.
