Manchester is set to welcome its first ever motorbike festival this spring, complete with stunt riders, booze and the city’s finest BBQ food.
The Mancunia Motorcycle Festival will be bringing the very best of custom motorbikes, food, drink, and entertainment to Manchester for the first time, alongside a whole host of live entertainment and quality food and drink.
There will be a variety of factory and custom motorcycles to see throughout the festival, courtesy of shed builders, hand-built specialists and major manufacturers.
And for those wanting to see the bikes in action, the festival’s headliners, Motorbike giants Royal Enfield, will be bringing their official stunt rider Lee Bowers, who will be on hand to show off his incredible skills across the weekend.

But the line-up isn’t strictly limited to motorbikes; festival organisers have secured a number of Manchester’s finest hospitality vendors to provide some quality food and drink across the weekend.
On the drinks front, Manchester Union will be hosting a mini craft beer festival within the festival, featuring local breweries Cloudwater Brew Co, Pomona Island Beer, Wild Beer Co and Rivington.
There will also be a guest ‘low and no’ alcohol bar for those travelling by bike to the festival.
And to soak up the beer, the legends over at Bunny Jacksons will be throwing open the doors of their brand-new ‘Wing Wagon’, which will be serving up their famous chicken wings and a selection of cocktails.
Red’s True BBQ will also be on hand at the grill, alongside local heroes the Butchers Quarter and Manchester’s own Meat + Three experts Kong’s Chicken Shop.

The weekend will also see demos from Master Built and Kamado Joe, who will be serving up bites with some serious guest chefs.
The festival’s co-promotor Will Evans, who owns Manchester’s Union Brewery, said: “This is an event I have wanted to create for some years now. The north of England isn’t well-served when it comes to motorcycle shows of any kind and we really want to bring something fresh and new to Manchester.
“Depot Mayfield is an amazing venue, and we have a huge amount of space to be able to put on something truly special bike wise, add in some amazing entertainment alongside some amazing food and drink offering from our partners at Escape to Freight Island.”
The Mancunia Motorcycle Festival is scheduled for May 6th – May 8th 2022 at DEPOT MAYFIELD in Manchester’s city centre.
