A club night that men are strictly banned from attending is coming to town next month, following several successful years in London.

Lick has a ‘strict no men allowed’ policy, and if that sounds right up your street then you’re in luck.

The night is heading to the O2 Ritz next month, providing a safe space for women and trans women who want to enjoy their night out.

And for anyone wanting to head down on their own, there’s a Lick N’ Clique group that meets for pre-drinks before the events.

The meet-up group helps club-goers make new friends and feel less nervous about attending the night.

As well as Manchester, Lick is also heading to several other cities this spring, including Birmingham and Brighton – there’s plans for events in Leeds, Nottingham, Glasgow, Cardiff, Bristol and Dublin as well.

The Manchester event will feature DJ sets from Monique B, Janelle Wynter and Miller Black.

According to Lick’s event page: “LICK is finally coming to Manchester and you’re in for a treat! STRICTLY NO MEN ALLOWED.”

Tickets for the event at the O2 Ritz on Saturday May 7th are on sale now, here.
