Manchester's Finest Group

Manchester Chinese restaurant & bar, Tattu, have launched a brand new Sunday bottomless brunch for the upcoming bank holidays in May.

This glossy Chinese restaurant, located in Spinningfields, is bringing its new Sunday event to the city — a Tribe of Tattu Brunch

This experience will feature every bank holiday Sunday in May, 12pm-4pm, making the perfect place to taste exquisite Eastern cuisine whilst being taken on an alluring sensory journey.

Inspired by the electrifying spirit of Burning Man and the techno jungles of Tulum, lose yourself in the mesmerising rhythms of tribal-house provided by Tattu’s resident DJs.

From the moment you step inside, you will enter a contemporary Eastern dining experience with opulent decor consisting of dark wood, intricately carved screens and ambient lighting.

Inside this stylish and sophisticated venue, geometric shapes pulsing across the walls will transport you to a world of connection and celebration, where music, entertainment and a free spirit are at the heart of the party.

While immersing yourself in the music you can sip away on Tattu’s Signature cocktails — including the iconic Skull Candy — and free-flowing Champagne alongside a three-course set menu featuring the restaurant’s hero dishes, combined with exciting new flavours and  ingredients.

The menu comes in three waves and costs £47.50 per person for three courses, as well as three different drink packages to choose from (priced separately). Menu highlights will include the delicate Tuna Sashimi Flower, featuring Nori, sesame, and wasabi mayo.

As well as, the aromatic Red Snapper Tom Yum, infused with lemongrass and kaffir lime, and the Tattu favourite Wok-Fired Angry Bird, a delicious dish of chicken, roasted chilli peppers, and sesame honey soy will also feature.

Don’t miss your chance to round off the experience on a sweet note with the beautiful Garden of Life dessert, made with white chocolate, cherry, and candyfloss.

Drinks packages come separately and there are three to choose from. The free-flowing Laurent-Perrier Brut Champagne Package is £50 per person — suitable for those who have something to celebrate or just love the soft pop of a cork and the sharp bite of flavour swimming in velvety bubbles.

The Signature Drinks Package costs £28.50 per person and consists of any four cocktails of choice — including the showstopper Skull Candy cocktails served up in skull glass vessels. For those who are looking for a less boozy option, the Non-Alcoholic Drinks Package will cost £20 per person.
