Primark is trialling a new click and collect service, and the good news is there’s loads of stores up North which are launching the service. The trial is coming to 25 stores in the UK, including seven across Greater Manchester and loads more throughout the North West – the rest are in West Yorkshire and North Wales. The service will be launching ‘before the end of the year’ and will focus on Primark’s children’s clothing range. This marks the first time the popular retailer has offered customers the option to buy online and then collect in-store, and while there’s no set start date for it there’s hope it will launch in time for Christmas shopping.

Among the 25 stores selected for the trial, seven are in Greater Manchester: Market Street, The Trafford Centre, Bury, Bolton, Oldham, Stockport, and Wigan. As part of the click and collect trial, you’ll be able to shop an extended kids’ range, with everything from clothing and accessories to nursery essentials and toys on offer. There’ll be roughly 2,000 children’s products available – around 60% of these can only be found in Primark’s larger stores, with another 40% exclusive to Click + Collect.

Kari Rodgers, Primark UK retail director, said: “We’re thrilled that customers across North West England, parts of Yorkshire and North Wales, will soon be the first in the country to get the chance to try out our new Click + Collect offer.
“From launch, they’ll be able to browse and buy from our extensive range of kids clothing and nursery products, from the comfort of their own home, before coming to collect from one of our chosen 25 stores.”
