A property that has been hailed as Greater Manchester’s ‘smallest terraced house’ has gone up on the market for £100k.
The tiny two-bed property, which is half the size of the average terraced home, is now up for sale in Littleborough, Rochdale.
The home is wedged between two standard sized terraces, and is so narrow that it could be very easily missed altogether.
Despite its narrow width at the front, however, the home admittedly extends out slightly towards the back.

But inside the property, things are still on the cramped side, with the kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom each measuring less than two metres in width.
The kitchen – which is fully fitted – is the same slender breadth as the front exterior, though the lounge offers a little more space at three and a half metres wide.
And to make the situation a whole lot worse, the landlord apparently expected future tenants to provide their own floor, whether it be carpet, laminate flooring or floorboards.
Photographs showed how the property featured bare flooring throughout, including in the lounge and bedroom, as well as untreated – and somewhat hazardous – wooden stairs.
Of course, people were completely baffled by the landlord’s expectations, with many slamming them as a ‘chancer’ and ‘p**s artist’.
