As the festive period looms ever closer, Aldi has unveiled this year’s boozy advent calendar and, for 2022, it’s all about the vino.

While the budget supermarket wowed shoppers with its gin and craft beer advent calendars last year, it has now unveiled a wine version, complete with a mini collection of elegant whites, reds and fruity rosés.

There are twenty-four bottles in the calendar, with each coming to a rough price of £2.49 each – which is a total steal for a quality glass of wine.

And you won’t be able to find these wines on the shelves in Aldi or online because they’re limited edition especially for the advent calendar.

  • JP. Chanet Original Brut X3 – 20cl.

Additionally, Aldi will be bringing back its beloved cheese advent calendar, which will make for the perfect pairing with its vino counterpart.

It has also been reported that the supermarket has another alcoholic advent calendar in the works, though the supermarket is yet to confirm these rumours.

Aldi’s wine advent calendar goes on sale on its website on October 30th, so make sure to head over there to get yourself stocked up for Christmas.
