Today is National Love Your Pet Day, and if you really want to prove your love for your pooch, then look no further.

You and your dog can now get matching hoodies, jumpers and knitwear, so you’ll officially be the coolest duo down the park.

Crush walkies in next level style, with garments covered in slogans like ‘Why are you so obsessed with me?’, ’Not your basic bitch’ and simply ‘Fetch’.

These matching tops come courtesy of Missguided, the Manchester-based fashion brand.

The company’s matching clothing for owners and dogs is the first they’ve released, and includes hoodies, knitwear, onesies, t-shirts and pyjamas.

Missguided released some size suggestions for different dog breeds, with small garments good for chihuahuas, dachshunds and little Yorkshire Terriers.

Jack Russells and small Cocker Spaniels will fit a medium, while sheepdogs and Rottweilers will require a large.
