Morrisons has launched a food box delivery service, full of all the essential items you’ll need while on lockdown.

It’ll set you back £35 a pop, and comes packed with things like toilet roll, pasta and bread, with a selection of 20 items in each pack.

You can get a vegetarian one and a meat eaters one – what’s in them will vary, depending on what’s available –  and they should feed two adults for a week.

According to Morrisons, a typical meat eaters box could include everything from baked beans to veg to meat, as well as milk, cheese, rice, pasta and toilet roll.

Each box will contain groceries around the value of £30, while you pay £5 for delivery – it might seem quite expensive, but if you can’t leave the house then it’s a lifesaver.

It launched this week, with slots selling out fast. However, Morrisons said that new slots are being created each day, so keep your eyes peeled.

You pick the delivery slot that is best for you, with the supermarket saying next day delivery is available if you order before 3pm, but as it stands delivery times may vary.
