Aldi is selling 10 McDonald’s-style hash browns for just £1.49

Aldi has launched a new McDonald’s inspired menu which is 47% cheaper than an actual Maccies.

The new range is based on favourites from the fast food chain, and includes nuggets, hash browns and a ‘Big Stack’ burger.

You can grab 12 chicken nuggets with dips for just £1.69, and with a box of nine nugs from McDonald’s usually costing around £3.89 you’re definitely grabbing yourself a bargain.

The nugget box comes with tangy sweet chilli and BBQ sauces, and is served in a cardboard box which is nearly identical to McDonald’s packaging.

You’ll have to wait until next week if you want to grab them, though, as they hit stores on May 24th – which is next Monday.

One item which is sure to prove popular is the box of hash browns, with 10 of the delicious breakfast snacks setting you back just £1.49 – like the nuggets, these are available in-store from May 24th.

Aldi

McDonald’s hash browns are only available on the breakfast menu and will usually set you back 89p for one, while Aldi’s dupe works out at around 15p a hash brown.

As for burgers, you can get your hands on Aldi’s new Snacksters Big Stack burger for £1.49, which is £1.90 cheaper than the £3.39 Big Mac that it looks suspiciously like.

The box the Big Stack comes in closely resembles Maccies packaging, and the good news with this one is you can pick it up in-store now.
