A huge five-bedroom house in Salford and a BMW could be yours for just £2, but you’ll have to be quick.
Natalie and Bradley Rowcroft are childhood sweethearts who have been married for 12 years and have three young children.
They’ve decided to give away their house in a raffle competition with tickets cheaper than a Happy Meal, in order to fulfill their lifelong dream of moving to Australia with their family.
It’ll definitely be the bargain of a lifetime for the lucky winner!
The newly refurbished house near media city was initially put up for sale earlier this year, but due to the pandemic, the property market proved a pretty difficult place to be.
The family need to sell 200,000 tickets at £2 each to move on to their next chapter down under. There are currently only 22,000 tickets left to buy, which means if you want to get your hands on tickets and be in with the chance of winning this massive prize you’ll have to be quick.
The property – worth around £300,000 – has four double bedrooms, one smaller bedroom, a kitchen-diner, two bathrooms and a large back garden, and it could all be yours for just £2!
Natalie, 33, and Bradley, 34, are planning on moving to Brisbane with their three sons Bradley, Aiden and Rhys, who have waited years to move to Australia.
If you are the lucky winner of the raffle, you will be given the keys to their house and even their white BMW 320 D – for you to move into, sell on or rent out!
You’ll also get some furniture, including the master bedroom furniture, the beds and even a TV.
In a recent Instagram post, Bradley said: “Nat and the boys are my world. I’d do anything to get us on that plane so we can start our new exciting adventure as a family.”
The family confirmed via their social media that as soon as the last ticket is sold, the winner of the house will be chosen by Rafall’s random generator and announced live on Facebook. The family will also be covering the legal fees.
