Forest Bank is a Category B prison with capacity for 1,460 prisoners – because of lockdown, prisoners currently spend up to 23 hours locked in their cells each day.

It’s been reported that last week an inmate refused to attend a video call for his remote sentencing as it coincided with his limited exercise time.
