You can get paid £400 to drink cocktails at home

A company will pay you up to £400 to make and taste cocktails in the comfort of your home. 

If you’ve become a cocktail connoisseur in lockdown (who hasn’t, let’s be honest) this could be the perfect job for you.

A company is offering someone £400 to drink cocktails from the comfort of their own home, sofa or even bed if you wanted.

Boozy Events is looking for some feedback on a brand new menu for a cocktail making class.

There will be eight drinks to review. The only catch is you’ll have to make them first. 

The company will be sending out all the ingredients and equipment and you can keep it all to really master your skills just in time for Christmas.

Explaining the new role, Boozy Events said: “We’ve been hard at work developing new cocktail recipes for our brand new online cocktail making class experience and we’re almost ready to go public, we just need people like you who love cocktails to tell us what you think.

“Unlike serving up cocktails in a bar environment, we need to make sure our cocktails are as equally enjoyable to create as they are to drink.

“Plus, we need to make sure our new packaging, equipment and ingredients can survive the journey from our bar to yours.”

You’ll get £100 per taste session and you’ll try four drinks, judging them on flavour, presentation, packaging and whether or not you learned a new skill. 

You will have to be over 18 to apply and all you need to do is attach an image and review of a cocktail you recently had.
