Turtle Bay will soon be opening a brand new restaurant in Media City and, to celebrate, will be giving out FREE jerk chicken wings and booze for one day only.

The restaurant chain – popular for its Caribbean-inspired food menu and extensive selection of rum cocktails – will be expanding out of the city centre with the opening of its new Quayside venue next week on August 19th.

But to give Salford’s residents a taste of what’s to come before the grand opening, Turtle Bay will be giving out FREE samples of its menu on Friday August 12th.

Between 12-2pm and again at 4:30-6:30pm, people will be able feast upon jerk chicken wings, Turtle Bay’s famous Reggae Rum Punch and cups of Red Stripe beer.

There’ll be no bookings or sign-ups required; all people will need to do is head down to the MediaCity piazza venue during the two time slots and help themselves.

And that isn’t all; Turtle Bay will be exclusively launching its brand new cocktail menu at its Salford Quays restaurant before any other venues across the country.

The restaurant’s famous Bottomless Brunch deal will also be coming to the new venue this September, with it running every day from 10am to last sittings at 3pm (5pm on Sundays).

The two-hour long Caribbean cocktail and brunching experience includes unlimited tropical cocktails, mocktails, Red Stripe and prosecco all to a soundtrack of laid back reggae beats.

Bottomless brunch includes any breakfast, brunch, burger or fresh roti dish – from Big Kingston Grill Down (a Caribbean twist on a full English), to the Vegan Yardbird all for £31.50 per person.

Salford Quays customers will also be able to enjoy Turtle Bay’s delicious rum-based cocktails as 2-4-1 every single day.

Happy Hour will run from 10am to 7pm each day, with a late happy hour also kicking off from 9.30pm between Sunday and Thursday, and from 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Turtle Bay in Salford Quays is opening on August 19th, with bookings available now. For more information and to get booked in, visit the Turtle Bay website here.
