Vimto has the answer for everything, a nice fizzy one will cure a hangover, a hot one will cure a cold. It’s the lord’s liqueur and it was made right here in Manchester.
Luckily, plenty of people know what’s up and have managed to create the most delicious Vimto cocktail in lockdown and it is just the thing your bank holiday needs.
The cocktail has just three ingredients you can get down the local offy; Smirnoff, WKD Dark Fruits and Cherryade.
You can easily take it to the next level too by adding any delicious sweet treat. The recommended ones are Vimto Fizzy Pencils and Strawberry Laces.
The lockdown-created mixologist, Kayleigh, took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Group.
The comments went wild, of course, with many people expressing their desires to make them.
One person successfully recreated the cocktails and described the drinks as ‘lovely’.
The original post doesn’t release any measurements but we recommend a double shot of vodka and top up with half and half WKD Dark Fruits and Cherryade.
