There’s nothing else quite as fantastic as authentic Spanish tapas, but tapas with endless Cava is definitely a strong contender.
Manchester already has an excellent bottomless brunch scene, with there already being plenty of options for that boozy breakfast fix.
But what about bottomless tapas?
While there are plenty of tapas restaurants at our disposal, never before has there been the option to enjoy the small Spanish dishes with unlimited alcohol.
Manchester’s Finest
Well, La Bandera is now here to fill the bottomless tapas-shaped hole in our lives.
The Independent Spanish restaurant, located just a stone’s-throw away from the elusive Spinningfields, has officially launched its very own bottomless brunch menu.
The menu offers either two tapas for £29 or three tapas for £32.50, and provides guests witha massive ‘Tabla Mixta’; a selection of Spanish cured meats and cheeses served with bread.
There is then the option to pick either two or three tapas dishes, which includes: Patatas Bravas (Spicy Potatoes), Chorizo al Vino, Albondigas (Spanish Meatballs), Champiñones al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Mushrooms), Pimentos Padron (Padron Peppers), Calamares and Paella Negra for a £2 supplement.

And arguably the most important part?
The deal includes ninety minutes of unlimited Cava refills. It doesn’t get much better than that, does it?
The restaurant also offers the ‘ultimate’ bottomless brunch, which is exactly the same as the ‘standard’ package, but with this one you can tuck into bottomless cocktails, too.
The offers are available every Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 4pm. If you’re interested in making a reservation, you can check out their availability here.
