A brand new sandwich shop has opened up on Deansgate offering a menu of truly delicious toasted sandwiches.

3 Hands Deli is a collaborative deli with three of the most experienced foodies in the city.

Julien Pizer, former Executive Chef at Cottonopolis and Edinburgh Castle has teamed up with Holy Grain Sourdough and The Crafty Cheese Man to bring 3 Hands Deli – with incredible bread, cheese and a whole other range of treats.

Julian creates a menu of sandwiches each and every day that are much more than your bog-standard ham and cheese.

Sandwiches range from the likes of Lamb Ruben with cappacchio, merguez sausage, pickled butternut, sauerkraut and Sykes Fell Sheep’s cheese to Venison Cappaccio with fennel salami, celeriac remoulade, house pickles and extra-aged cheddar.

You can also grab all your provision needs, from cheese, meat, beer, wine and even coffee!

3 Hands Deli is open Wednesday through Saturday 10am until 4pm.
