The Printworks is giving away a year’s free food and drink

Manchester’s number one entertainment venue, Printworks, is teaming up with us over at Proper Manchester to host a virtual St Patrick’s Day celebration with plenty of ‘shamrock and roll’.

The live-streamed event will feature some fantastic live music from Jimmy Docherty, a stalwart musician who has performed in every Printworks venue over the years, as well as Hard Rock Café Manchester’s resident band, Out-Foxed.

The special event will take place on St Patrick’s Day – which is this Wednesday, March 17th, in case you’d forgotten – at 7pm, streamed live from Hard Rock Café Manchester.

Printworks will be giving away plenty of craic-ing prizes on air, including the grand prize of a ‘a year on us!’, aka a year’s free food and drink, with a whopping £600 worth of vouchers to spend at any venue.

Other prizes to be won include six £50 Printworks vouchers – and to win these you’ll have to post photos in the comments section of your Paddy’s Day party setup at home!

As well as that, Printworks is also showing its support for Manchester’s hard-working musicians, who have found themselves suddenly without a stage or audience due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

They will have the opportunity of a paid gig post-lockdown, worth £500, and to be in with a chance of winning musicians should tag Printworks in a clip of themselves performing on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
