The team behind contemporary Chinese restaurant Tattu are bringing a new modern Greek-Mediterranean restaurant to Manchester later this year, and it looks amazing.

The creators behind this glossy new addition to Manchester, Permanently Unique, have released some first look visuals for their brand new restaurant, ‘Fenix’.

Inspired by Cycladic philosophies and modern Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, Fenix will be located in Enterprise City, part of Allied London’s new St John’s Development — the newest city centre neighbourhood.

The approved plans reveal a split level restaurant and bar, catering for over 200 guests connected by a dramatic spiral staircase, transporting you to a heavenly hideout straight from the mediterranean.

Speaking of the new venture, co-founder Adam Jones said: “Our first restaurant brand Tattu started here in Manchester and thanks to the incredible reception it received we quickly became the fastest growing restaurant in the UK, opening locations in five major cities, including a rooftop flagship in central London this year.

“It therefore was only right to return to our home city to launch our second culinary venture.

“Inspired by Cycladic philosophies and modern Greek fusion cuisine, ‘Fenix’ is a vibrant dining concept that will marry Mykonian influence with high-quality service standards and hospitality.

“‘Fenix’ will bring a truly unique and energetic experience to Manchester’s now celebrated restaurant scene.”
