Nando’s is selling frozen slushie cocktails in UK restaurants from today

Just when you thought they couldn’t get any cheekier, Nando’s go and introduce brand new frozen slushie cocktails to their menu.

While the sun has well and truly vanished, this new line of frozen cocktails is sure to get you back in the summer mood.

As well as that, they’ll also come in handy for extinguishing the heat of Nando’s extra hot peri-peri sauce.

There are two different cocktails to sample, with both sure to go down a treat with a plate of chicken.

First there’s the PERi-cante, followed by the Sunset Slushie, with both drinks ‘designed to complement Nando’s iconic menu items’.

The PERI-cante cocktail is made from vodka, smoky mezcal, tangy lime and a hint of chilli.

Meanwhile, the Sunset Slushie is a mix of vanilla vodka, peach liqueur and juicy pineapple and mango.

Both cocktails are whizzed up to create a delicious frozen slushie – the drinks are 190ml and are priced at £7.95 each.

According to Nando’s, the new drinks are currently being trialled at a number of select UK restaurants for a limited time only.

The good news is you will be able to grab them at one Greater Manchester Nando’s.

The restaurants trialling the cocktails include: Kings Cross, Westfield Stratford City, Brighton (Marina), Salford Quays, Crawley, Liverpool (ONE), Hull (Princess Quay), Birmingham (Mailbox), Wolverhampton (Bentley Bridge), Battersea and Waterloo Station.

If the trail goes well, they’ll be rolled out across the country.
