If you’re after something a bit different at McDonald’s then you’re in luck, as they’re adding a BRAND NEW permanent burger to the menu.

That’s right, Maccies is launching its first permanent chicken burger in 15 years, and it’s not the Chicken Big Mac.

However, chicken fans will be happy to know that the new permanent addition is the McCrispy, which will apparently be the fast food chain’s ‘crispiest and crunchiest chicken burger’.

The ‘game-changing’ burger is made with 100% chicken breast fillet, marinated in black pepper and cayenne, served in a four-inch glazed bun with a sweet nutty toasted flavour.

The McCrispy launches in stores at 11am on Wednesday, October 19th – so you’ve not got long to wait.

Adverts for the new burger will start to appear on TV from next week, featuring celebrities like Maya Jama, Leigh Francis, Michael Dapaah and Elz the Witch.

Maya Jama said: “I love a chicken burger, and am a self-confessed chicken connoisseur, so when I found out that Maccies was launching this new burger, I had to get involved.”

The McCrispy will set you back £6.49 for a meal with fries and a drink, and will be the first permanent chicken burger since 2007.
