Lasagne is the food of the gods, cheesey, creamy pasta goodness that always hits the spot.

The one thing Manchester has been missing – besides a beach – is a dedicated lasagne spot, somewhere you can grab a huge slab of the good stuff for a proper scran.

Well, not for much longer will our city be missing such a spot, as Lazy Tony’s Lasagneria is coming to Manchester this week.

Manchester’s lasagne dry spell is set to end this week with the official launch of Lazy Tony’s, the city’s first and only ‘slab shack’.

It’s set to become your new favourite place for a huge chunk of pasta, ragu and cheese, as well as freshly-baked focaccia bread, mozzarella sticks and even ‘Unofficially Officially The Best Tiramisu in the World‘.

All of the pasta is made fresh daily, and Lazy Tony uses proper Italian tomatoes – there’s even a 100% vegan option on the menu.

But how do you get your hands on one, I hear you ask?
