Globally renowned restaurant serving ‘world’s best burgers’ opens first UK site in Manchester

A restaurant claiming to serve ‘the world’s best burgers’ has made its UK debut right here in Manchester.

The Butcher has already made quite the name for itself at its existing restaurants in Amsterdam, Berlin and Ibiza, with its chefs working ‘exclusively with the best quality meat, selection of herbs, the freshest vegetables and unique signature sauces’. 

With an ethos that brings a ‘haute couture’ spin on the fast food classic, The Butcher also hand crafts and prepares each individual burgers fresh for order.

So, Mancunians will be delighted to hear that the restaurant has brought its gourmet burger culture to the city courtesy of its brand new restaurant in the Arndale shopping centre.

The restaurant, which marks The Butcher’s first ever UK venture, is situated inside the huge new Urban Playground site on the upper mall floor near the Selfridges entrance to Manchester Arndale.

Manchester’s The Butcher boasts a number of the classics on its menu, including the The Angus Beef Burger and The Ugly, which comes complete with avocado and jalapeños. 

Though it isn’t just beef on the menu; diners can also choose from The Silence of the Lamb, which includes prime New Zealand lamb, The Codfather fish and chips and The Veggie Delight and The Vegan Delight as meat-free alternatives.

And for those wanting a challenge, The Butcher has also brought with it The Daddy, a 230g beef burger with bacon, Edam cheese and grilled onions.

On the drinks front, there is a full menu of homemade milkshakes, including boozy options with dark rum and chocolate.

All of the above is available to order for delivery on UberEats, Deliveroo and JustEat for those wanting to enjoy their burger from their own home.
