Nonna's Pasta

A pop-up kitchen serving hearty, boozy dishes from the heart of Italy is opening in Manchester next week.

Situated at The Green Lab venue in Deansgate Square, Nonna’s Pasta will offer an authentically entertaining dining experience, complete with a menu featuring Nonna’s boozy twist on old classics.

Customers will be able to choose from a range of indulging appetizers, including Arancini with pesto and taleggio cheese, white wine infused gamberoni, burrata with prosciutto ham, rocket and truffle cream and freshly prepared Mussels, with prices starting from £4.

For the main courses, the pop-up will offer an exciting range of Nonna’s home recipes, including Nonna’s Cacio Pepe, a tasteful twist on the classic Italian sauce.

Posh Nonna Goes Wild, Nonna Hadid and Nonna Goes to America are just a few of the hearty dishes to choose from, all of which are prepared each evening with prices ranging from £9 to £16.

And, of course, none of these dishes would be complete without a cocktail; Nonna’s will offer a range of familiar favourites such as a Negroni, Old-Fashioned, Bloody Mary and Nonna’s twist on an Italian Mule.

Customers can also choose from a range of martini’s including the must-have Espresso Martini
and traditional Vodka Martini.

The team at Nonna’s Pasta said on their upcoming debut: “We are thrilled to be taking over the kitchen at The Green Lab Deansgate Square in the evenings this autumn.

“It’s the perfect time to indulge in our delicious dishes and stay warm with a few fun cocktails!”
