A Sunday roast with bottomless Yorkshire puddings and gravy is happening on Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day is fast approaching, which means many people across the region will be frantically brainstorming ideas of how to show their mums their love and appreciation.

Yet while flowers, jewellery and expensive smelly products are definitely the more over done gifts for this special occasion, there’s nothing that says ‘I love you’ quite like a good old Sunday roast.

It wouldn’t be Mothering Sunday without a hearty roast dinner and, luckily for mums here in Manchester, a local restaurant is pulling out all the stops with an exclusive deal involving unlimited Yorkshire puddings.

Motley – found just below the new Yotel down Deansgate – has announced that it will be cooking up a Sunday roast for one day only to celebrate all those Mancunian mums out there.

And, better yet, they will be offering the tantalising option to indulge upon bottomless Yorkshire puddings and gravy, meaning families can load up on the best parts of a roast to their heart’s content.

The roasts will come in four varieties; sirloin beef, chicken, garlic and herb porchetta and mushroom wellington.

And the dinners will of course be served complete with all the trimmings, including seasonal vegetables and crispy roast potatoes.

Motley also boasts a tasty dessert menu for afters, which includes the likes of white chocolate and pistachio blondies, coffee crème brûlée and churros.

Families can get their hands on a roast with bottomless Yorkshire puds from 12pm on Sunday March 27th, where they’ll be served until gone.
