Manchester’s bottomless brunch scene has had a shakeup with the arrival of the city’s first ever pie bottomless brunch.

The resident pie makers over at Pieminister have unveiled their very own weekend deal that is sure to revolutionise the lives of many Mancunians on the hunt for some tasty food and cheap booze.

Available every Saturday at Pieminister Deansgate, the new menu boasts a selection of breakfast-inspired pies alongside ninety minutes of bottomless drinks.

But as for those pies; first up is The Morning Glory pie, a free range sausage and bacon pie served with bechamel sauce and a runny fried egg.

The vegetarian offering comes in the form of The Sunny Pie Up, a pie consisting of a red onion and rosemary vegetarian sausage with lashings of bechamel sauce, all topped with a fried egg.

There is also a vegan version of The Sunny Pie Up that comes with a dairy-free bechamel sauce.

And, last but not least, there is the pastry-free Bangin’ Bean Skillet boasting smoky baked beans, halloumi and an egg all baked inside a skillet.

All of the dishes come accompanied with garlic potatoes, crispy kale, vine tomatoes and a side of smoky baked beans, making for the ideal weekend brunch dishes.

And to wash down those tasty pies, there is a full menu of bottomless drinks to enjoy for ninety minutes, including prosecco, mimosas, Aperol Spritz, Freedom Four lager and Pieminister’s own brew Pie.P.A Pale Ale.

Pieminister’s bottomless brunch menu is available every Saturday for ninety minutes and costs just £25 per person.
